Every Learning Hub session follows a simple rhythm.
Students bring their schoolwork. Elite provides the environment, structure, supervision, and accountability.
At each study session, students list their goals for the day, note their progress, and outline next steps with the help of a counselor so there's no wasted time.

What is the Elite Prep Learning Hub?
The Elite Prep Learning Hub is a structured, supervised study program for students in grades 7–12. Students attend three days per week for two-hour sessions to work independently, stay accountable, and build stronger study habits.
Who is the Learning Hub for?
The Learning Hub is designed for online public charter and homeschool students in grades 7–12 who would benefit from a focused place to study, greater structure and accountability, and a community that supports their academic and college goals.
Students gain a consistent learning environment outside the home where they can stay productive, connect with other students, and develop the focus, habits, independence, and confidence they need to succeed in high school, college, and beyond.
How many days per week do students attend?
Students attend the Learning Hub three days per week for two-hour sessions. A consistent three-day schedule helps students establish a productive routine and stay on pace with their schoolwork.
When are Learning Hub sessions offered?
Learning Hub sessions are generally offered at the following times:
Morning Session: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Afternoon Session: 1:00–3:00 PM
Students attend the same session three days each week, creating a consistent study routine.

What happens during a Learning Hub session?
Students set goals, work independently, receive accountability check-ins, and review their progress before leaving.
The goal isn't simply to spend two hours studying. It's to learn how to use those two hours well.
Will I know what my student is working on?
Yes. At the beginning of each session, students identify 2–3 tasks they plan to accomplish in their Study Log. Before leaving, they update the log to show what they completed.
The Study Log is shared with parents and guardians, so you can see your student's goals and progress in real time—providing visibility and accountability without having to constantly ask, “Did you finish your work?”
What if my student procrastinates or has trouble staying focused?
That's exactly where structure can help.
A dedicated study environment, consistent schedule, clear goals, and regular accountability can help students build better habits over time—while keeping responsibility for the work with the student.
Is the Learning Hub tutoring?
No. The Learning Hub focuses on structure, productivity, accountability, and independent study, rather than subject-specific instruction.
When a student needs academic instruction, Elite Prep tutoring is available separately.
Are student and parent workshops included?
Yes. Learning Hub families have access to student and parent workshops throughout the year as part of the program.
Student workshops focus on practical skills and decisions that matter at different stages of middle and high school—from study skills, time management, and extracurricular planning to SAT/ACT preparation and college admissions .
Parent workshops provide timely guidance on topics such as supporting student independence, high school planning, college admissions, standardized testing, summer planning, and paying for college .
Whenever possible, workshops are scheduled around the academic and college-planning calendar, so students and parents get the right information at the right time.
Is the Learning Hub more than a place to study?
Absolutely. The Learning Hub is designed as a 360-degree supportive community for students and parents.
Beyond study sessions, families benefit from timely student and parent workshops, a community focused on academic and college success, and access to Elite Prep's broader resources—including tutoring, SAT/ACT preparation, college planning, college applications, and academic courses .
