MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Master’s degree in Sport Administration, Sport Management, or a closely related field;
Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a related field plus five (5) years of progressive experience in business development or strategic planning within the sports industry.

DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and enhance the company’s market position. This role will focus on expanding our educational consultation services for young student-athletes in both the U.S. and international markets.
The ideal candidate will lead efforts in building strategic partnerships, conducting market research, and developing plans that strengthen our presence, particularly for young individuals with dreams in sports. The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational services and supporting the company’s long-term vision for domestic and global expansion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that enhance the company’s offerings and outreach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support international expansion initiatives.
Prepare business proposals, pitch materials, and other relevant documentation.
Attend industry events, conferences,& networking opportunities to promote brand awareness.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSS
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in Sport business development or partnership management.
Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
